Final K-1: MLPguy Transition to New Era

Starting this week, you will find my usual weekly updates on the midstream / MLP sector at mlpguy.substack.com.  The posts will be the same as they have been, but most of the posts will be behind a paywall.

For more than a decade, I’ve posted weekly updates for free at www.mlpguy.com.  It has been a labor of love, with countless weekend hours dedicated to trying to make sense of weekly stock moves, big transactions and broader trends in the sector.  Many of you have found the posts useful as you try to wade through the volatility to search for the signals within a very noisy sector.

I have also found it useful as an investor to have the weekly discipline of pouring over stock action and weekly news to keep my finger on the pulse of the sector.  I will continue to do so going forward for the midstream sector at mlpguy.substack.com.

In the near future, we will begin publishing more frequent information about global listed infrastructure at CBRE Clarion securities.  Please check here (https://www.cbreclarion.com/insights/) for our latest topical papers and commentary on infrastructure.

Thanks for all the support over the years.  MLPguy.com’s archive of posts will remain active here at www.MLPguy.com as a historical record dating back to 2009.

I want to be able to continue to deliver content to all who have interest.  But 11 years in, the juice has to be worth the squeeze, especially as my day job drifts further away from the details of micro-cap MLP happenings.

For this week’s midstream update, head over to mlpguy.substack.com and sign up for the paid weekly newsletter there.  I’m excited about this next step for the blog, hope you’ll join me!

Even if you don’t sign up, you can still follow me on Twitter @mlpguy for more bite-sized thoughts on the MLP and midstream market and for updates on any public posts I publish.  Email me at [email protected] with any questions or for clarification on any of the above.
